Outside of 48 Hours of your Activity:
Cancellations are eligible for a 100% refund.

You may reschedule for free but cancellations will incur a full charge (unless you have purchased Trip Protection).

Rescheduled bookings will no longer be eligible for refunds.

Trip Protection For Rentals:
Add Trip Protection for only 8% of your booking!
Trip Protection allows you to:
Cancel and receive a 100% refund (excluding cost of trip protection) up to one hour prior to your start time.
Reschedule your rental anytime for free.
Terms and Conditions:
If Trip Protection is not purchased when making the initial booking, the standard Rental Cancellation Policy applies.
Trip Protection cannot be added after the initial reservation has been made.
Trip Protection and Fees are non-refundable.

If you fail to notify us of a request to cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour prior to your activity start time, you waive your right to receive a refund. You may still reschedule your reservation but no refunds will be due.

Within 48 Hours of your Activity:
Cancellations will incur a full charge or a $25/Person fee to reschedule (unless you have purchased Trip Protection.)
Tours may be rescheduled unlimited times at the $25 fee each time but will no longer be eligible for refunds.

Policies
Damage Waiver
Add Damage Protection to any rental or self guided tour booking for only 6% of your booking total!
Accidents happen and we get it! This waiver protects you from accidental damages caused to your rental equipment during normal use. This is a completely optional service, however we highly recommend it!
If you choose to opt out, you shall be responsible for the cost of replacing or repairing any damages caused to the equipment. Gear will be inspected before and after use and must be returned in the same condition. Damages incurred from misuse or abuse will not be covered by this waiver.
Interest-Based Advertising
We allow third-party advertising companies to collect certain information when you visit our site. These companies may utilize cookies, pixels or other technologies to collect and use non-personally identifiable information (e.g., hashed data, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over) during your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services likely to be of greater interest to you (i.e. interest-based advertising). They may also use persistent identifiers to anonymously track your Internet usage over time and across other websites in their networks beyond our site. For example, if you visit one of our tour pages, we may later serve you a targeted ad for that particular tour as you browse the internet. If you visit our contact us page and fill out the form, we will collect personal information – specifically your name and email address.
