Rental Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions: 

If Trip Protection is not purchased when making the initial booking, the standard Rental Cancellation Policy applies. 

Trip Protection cannot be added after the initial reservation has been made.

Trip Protection and Fees are non-refundable. 

Rescheduled rentals are no longer eligible for a refund.

You cannot use Trip Protection to request a refund within one hour of the activity start time.  

If you fail to notify us of a request to cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour prior to your activity start time, you waive your right to receive a refund. You may still reschedule your reservation but no refunds will be due.

How to use your Trip Protection: 

Provide us with your booking number and option to cancel or reschedule with the new requested time.

If within 24 Hours Call (808 )262-2555 

If outside of 24 hours, call or email reservation@kailuabeachadventures.com. 

Add Damage Protection to any rental or self guided tour booking for only 6% of your booking total! 

Accidents happen and we get it! This waiver protects you from accidental damages caused to your rental equipment during normal use. This is a completely optional service, however we highly recommend it! 

If you choose to opt out, you shall be responsible for the cost of replacing or repairing any damages caused to the equipment. Gear will be inspected before and after use and must be returned in the same condition. Damages incurred from misuse or abuse will not be covered by this waiver.

Interest-Based Advertising

We allow third-party advertising companies to collect certain information when you visit our site. These companies may utilize cookies, pixels or other technologies to collect and use non-personally identifiable information (e.g., hashed data, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over) during your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services likely to be of greater interest to you (i.e. interest-based advertising). They may also use persistent identifiers to anonymously track your Internet usage over time and across other websites in their networks beyond our site. For example, if you visit one of our tour pages, we may later serve you a targeted ad for that particular tour as you browse the internet. If you visit our contact us page and fill out the form, we will collect personal information – specifically your name and email address. This website does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals sent from your browser or device. Any material changes to this notice will be posted to this website.
